Description
        Mollugo disticha Ser. Erect herb, up to 30 high; stem angled, glandular-pubescent. Leaves cauline, 5 - 8 in fascicled, greenish-yellow, linear-lanceolate to oblanceolate, spatulate, 1.9 - 5 x 04 - 1 cm, cuneate at base, entire, undulate at margin, acute at apex, minutely pubescent; nerves obscure; petiole 02 mm long. Raceme axillary, leaf-opposite, up to 5.5 cm long; peduncle 1 cm long. Flowers ca. 06 mm across, greenish-yellow; pedicel 02 mm long. Tepals 5, lobe oblong, 03 mm long, glandular-pubescent. Stamens 5; filament, flat, 01 mm long; anther oblong, 0.5 mm long. Ovary ellipsoid, 01 mm across; 3-loculed; ovules many; style 3, cylindric, 0.5 mm long; stigma minute, sessile. Capsules ellipsoid, 03 mm across, persistent with calyx; seeds ca. 28, subreniform, 0.5 mm across, bright golden brownish, slightly granular.
